Once you’ve decided on your perfect apartment, it takes just 10 minutes to apply. After we’ve received your completed form and accompanying documents, the approval process will be done within 24-48 hours. And just like that, you’re free to move in!

All we need is:

• Form: Completed application form
• ID: Certified ID / passport of legal tenant and all other occupants
• Latest payslip (Main applicant/s of the lease)
• Bank statement: Last three months’ stamped bank statements (Main applicant/s of the lease)
• *NSFAS and bursary students to include NSFAS / bursary confirmation letter together with completed application form and surety’s supporting documentation
